Product Description

A single OneLife iD Dog Tag for those who prefer to wear their OneLife iD close to their heart. The Dog Tag iD comes with one long neck chain. The anodised tag is engraved with a unique QR Code, webpage link and PIN to allow access to the user's online OneLife iD profile and emergency details.

The Dog Tag iD measures 25mm x 40mm in an anodised finish. The tag comes with a silicon silencer plus steel ball chain and connector (650mm long).

Optional extras include personalized URL and up to 5 lines of additional text engraving. Why not include ICE medical details and contacts or a personal message?

Every ID includes an ID carrier alert sticker, mobile ICE ID screen and can be linked to new or existing online profile.

There are 3 engraving options with OneLife iD Dog Tags and Key Rings:

  • up to 5 lines of engraving
  • up to 2 lines of engraving
  • no lines of engraving - QR code and ID icon only
Each line of engraving can include up to 16 characters.

Sizing

Dog Tag and Key Tag iD

Each Tag measures 29mm x 50mm in an anodised finish. The two tag kit comes with silicon silencers for each tag . Dog Tags include two steel ball chains and connectors (both 650mm). Key Tags include 25mm diameter split rings.
